Management Development Institute(MDI) was set up as an autonomous body in 1973 in collaboration with KFW, West Germany with active support of the Industrial Fianace Corporation of India(IFCI).With an intention to impart management education,nurturing local talent and groom them to become global leaders.Management Development Institute Gurgaon (MDI Gurgaon) , one of the India’s premier Business schools launched it’s 2 nd campus at Murshidabad in West Bengal in 2014. The campus was inaugurated by the then Honourable President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee in August 2014 with simultaneous commencement of classes for the first batch of students of AICTE approved 2 Years full time residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM).The Murshidabad campus is a part of MDI's vision to nurture and promote local talent and enterprise.The campus of MDI Murshidabad is located in the northern part of the State of West Bengal,India.MDI Murshidabad prides itself in not only providing Management Education but also developing ethical corporate citizens for tomorrow's India
